Mantrac distribution with the collaboration of its strategic partner Dell-EMC international held the annual gathering for the company’s customers who are partners in success, this is to review the latest developments and updates in the digital transformation field and what follows of developments in the information technology and data storage and protection fields.

During the gathering, a demo was held of the latest mobile equipment and digital servers, also integrated solutions which comply with the needs of Mantrac Distribution’s customers in the data storage and protection field. The latest technologies contributing to the cloud computing field were also reviewed, such technologies offer solutions to the hardest problems concerning the reclaiming of information and the advanced methods in the digital protection field and information security. In his word, engineer Hossam Roshdy, general manager of Mantrac Distribution, presented the company’s vision in facilitating and broadening the support fields offered to customers, through before sale technical support and offering innovative solutions also by establishing a simulation centre for the products of Dell-EMC, a maintenance team, and after-sale product support to install, operate, and experiment the products.

He also presented the European General Data Protection Regulation GDPR which has been implemented ever since the 25th of May 2018, which is the referential frame for gathering and protecting the customer’s personal data, and ensuring it would be used correctly, pointing at the importance of such frame in an age where data is more important than ever. On his part, engineer Tarek Haiba, regional manager of Dell-EMC, praised the strong collaboration between Mantrac Distribution. and its customers to provide Dell solutions and technologies, with all its products which can contribute to the digital transformation adopted by the Egyptian government in all fields, which was strongly evident during the Cairo International Exhibition for Information Technology.

Mantrac Distribution has invited its clients and distributors for a suhoor event at one of the finest hotels in Cairo on June 11, 2018 to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. More than 400 clients and distributors have attended the event to join Mantrac Distribution and its team in the company’s first celebration of its kind.

During the suhoor, attendees have exchanged congratulations in a wonderful atmosphere, reflecting the strong relationship between Mantrac Distribution and its customers and distributors.

Hossam Roshdy, General Manager of Mantrac Distribution, said that the ceremony was a great success for Mantrac Distribution’s team which has presented the company in a wonderful way and has managed to communicate its messages clearly to its customers and business partners.

He added that the celebration has showed the strength of Mantrac Distribution and its share in the Egyptian market, and also has reflected the company’s image as a market leader.
