MG, famous British automotive trademark, continues its successes in the Egyptian market. Al Mansour MG launched the entirely new MG5 in Egypt.

This was during a press conference held in Palm Hills. Eng. Adel Khadr, Al Mansour Automotive CEO and Managing Director, Ankush Arora, Al Mansour Automotive COO, Lotfy Mansour, Al Mansour MG General Manager, and Mohamed El Sheikh, Sales and Marketing Manager in Al Mansour MG attended the press conference. This is in addition to a group of high officials, several journalists, and media professionals.

During the conference, Eng. Adel Khadr said, “We are pleased today to launch a new model of MG, the popular British automotive brand that succeeded to accomplish several successes in the Egyptian market in quite a short period of time. MG became the favorite brand for a wide scope of clients. This is due to its modern designs, advanced technologies, and excellent performance under various driving conditions.”

From his side, Mohamed El Sheikh, Sales and Marketing Manager in Al Mansour MG, noted, “MG5 is characterized with several advanced features in terms of the safety of the driver and the passengers. These means include a 360° camera, six airbags, tire-pressure monitoring system “TPMS”, special sensors, electronic parking brakes, and speed sensor “ESP.” This provides a magnificent driving experience with the highest measures of safety and security.

The entirely new MG5 is featured with a 1.5 L NSE major engine with 120 hp/150 Nm. This presents the best sportive performance with the rationalization of the consumption of fuel. Other features of MG5 include LED  lighting, 10” Touch Screen, comfortable leather seats, power sliding sunroof, Apple Carplay and Android Auto for great experiences for the driver and the passengers. 

Al Mansour Automotive announced in August 2018 that it became the official dealer of MG in Egypt. Situated in Al Tayran Street inside Mobil fuel station, the new service center would be providing various maintenance services including oil and filter changes. This is in addition to an air-conditioned customers’ waiting lounge with free Wi-Fi.

There is also a special internal door that leads from the services’ center to Circle K, with a special discount of 50% exclusively offered to Opel and Chevrolet customers as they carry out their maintenance services.
