Mansour applies a rotating management system that is put into action every five years, aimed at driving innovation and creativity through each Board Member’s unique approach to management. Mansour took the initiative to become the only privately owned company in Egypt to apply a corporate governance system, and called for international firm Ernst & Young to thoroughly audit its companies.
