Most of these brands operate under Mansour’s subsidiary companies: Mansour Distribution Company, established in 1992, and Mantrac , which was established in 1977 and later merged with Unatrac in 2000.

In 1994, Manfoods was established under Mansour solely to operate McDonald’s labor-intensive fast-food chain.
